Positive: Comfortable and spacious. Luminous, with a nice balcony and view. Ideally located, easy parking. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen.
Negative: Curtains in the living room to hide the light would be good. Air conditioning for the hot summer months would be a plus, although not essential.
